President Obama Nominates First Hispanic To Supreme Court
President Barack Obama nominates Federal Appeals Judge Sonia Sotomajor for the Supreme Court, making her the first Hispanic in history to sit on the highest court in the land. Sotomajor would replace retiring Justice David Souter.
